Job summary

Candidate Experience site in Kuwait is seeking an experienced sales professional to generate and qualify leads, build strong client relationships, and deliver technical solutions aligned with customer needs.

You will collaborate with marketing and engineering teams, attend industry events, and present our products and services while ensuring post-sale satisfaction. English fluency is mandatory; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering/ Any graduate Diploma is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the Power Tools industry.
• Strong knowledge of Power tools products and their applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of successful sales and a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking software.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Kuwait for business purposes.
• Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads, and convert them into successful sales.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide technical expertise and support to customers, offering solutions tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure a smooth sales process and accurate technical specifications.
• Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through timely responses and resolutions.
