Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of Retail Sales experience.
• Experience in fashion retail and brand management preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, authentic greeting and assist with product information.
• Support sales goals through suggestive selling and upselling where appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately at cash wrap and maintain cash wrap cleanliness.
• Keep fitting rooms and store area tidy, organized and presentable.
• Capture customer information for loyalty programs as required.
