Job summary

Overview Of The Role:

• The Store Manager is responsible for leading the team to achieve retail objectives and ensure an exceptional customer experience in both in-store and online channels. The role involves driving sales, managing costs, maintaining high standards, and developing a committed team. Ensuring the store meets its sales targets, manages stock efficiently, and provides excellent customer service are key aspects of this role.

What You Will Do:

Sales

• Deliver the respective sales plan for the store by identifying opportunities to drive sales performance across key departments.
• Lead a selling culture within the team and maximise sales in store and through all digital channels.
• Identify and anticipate opportunities to enhance sales performance by regularly reviewing and analysing Management Information (MI).
• Build strong relationships internally and externally to drive sales performance, maximize footfall, and share best practices.
• Ensure the team implements all retail activities correctly the first time, maintaining excellent visual standards.

Service

• Provide feedback to recognize great service and drive improvement in customer experience.
• Use service measures to identify and implement actions for improvement.
• Ensure a memorable shopping experience by engaging with customers and making personal connections.
• Manage the delivery of the Customer Service Experience, ensuring standards are met consistently.
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner to maintain satisfaction.

Standards

• Lead the team in maintaining 'Ready to Trade Standards,' ensuring a safe and clean environment.
• Drive operational excellence and continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency.
