Job summary

Snoonu is seeking an Online Account Executive – Restaurants in Kuwait to manage and grow partnerships with food partners across Kuwait. You will support partner success by building strong relationships, driving engagement, and helping partners improve performance on the platform.

You’ll work with internal teams, onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoption, handle partner requests, monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and conduct regular online partner reviews to inform

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of account management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in food delivery, e-commerce, hospitality is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to respond to partner needs.
• Commercial awareness and willingness to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a portfolio of restaurant partners in Kuwait.
• Serve as key contact for partners, ensuring strong communication.
• Build and maintain relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholders.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing platform adoption.
• Handle day-to-day partner requests, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Monitor partner performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and partner satisfaction.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and growth initiatives with partners.
