Job summary

Deliveroo Kuwait is seeking an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of restaurant partners on Deliveroo, with a focus on high-performing Local Gems and selected national chains. These partners play an important role in attracting customers to the marketplace and represent strong growth opportunities for Deliveroo.

You will work closely with your partners to improve operational performance, drive marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities to grow their business on the Deliveroo platform.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role in a fast-paced environment.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Very data-conversant with an ability to utilise and analyse data to tell a story.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Deliveroo's restaurant partners in Kuwait, including high-sales volume drivers and global restaurant brands.
• Lead the delivery agenda with partners to ensure excellent fundamentals and execute joint initiatives for sustainable growth.
• Oversee day-to-day account management, negotiating and planning with Restaurant Partner.
• Monitor operational metrics and support partners in improving service quality.
• Drive adoption of Deliveroo marketing tools, promotions and campaigns.
• Support partner onboarding and expansion onto the Deliveroo platform.
• Resolve day-to-day issues and problem-solve independently, seeking guidance for complex problems when needed.
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Operations to lead new projects and drive initiatives.
