Job summary

Destination Hotels in Kuwait City is seeking a Reservation Agent to support the efficient operation of the Reservations Department in line with brand standards and corporate strategies.

You will help ensure smooth guest experiences within the Rooms Division, drawing on Arabic-speaking skills and strong administrative abilities. The ideal candidate holds a hospitality qualification and has at least 2 years of hotel operations exposure; native Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Native level Arabic skills required
