Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kuwait City is seeking a Guest Service Officer to deliver excellent, consistent service to guests. You will contribute to the smooth operation of Front Office and Reservations within the Rooms division, ensuring a warm, professional guest experience from check-in to check-out.

The ideal candidate has hospitality education and at least two years of hotel operations experience, with strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Arabic is required.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years' work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
• Native level Arabic skills required.
