Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a freelance presentation designer to drive storytelling within the Tendem project. You will transform raw data into compelling, highly persuasive slides and one-pagers, using PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.

You’ll collaborate with Tendem agents on a hybrid AI + human workflow, focusing on visual hierarchy, minimalism, and premium formatting for a global audience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in graphic design or presentation design.
• Experience building complex, dynamic, and animated decks using standard tools.
• English proficiency upper-intermediate (B2) or above.

Responsibilities

• Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers for specific audiences.
• Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with minimalism and strong information hierarchy.
• Elevate presentations with custom fonts, elegant animations, and consistent styling.
• Ensure polished, persuasive corporate-meets-creative deliverables and brand adherence.
• Validate visual alignment, pacing, and formatting before delivery.
