Job summary

Mindrift is seeking an AI Pilot—a frontend-focused freelance role—for landing pages, waitlist pages, promos and small sites. You’ll design, build, test, and refine production-ready interfaces from client briefs, working with Tendem agents to convert AI outputs into polished web experiences.

This project is remote and part-time, around 10–20 hours per week. Expect competitive hourly pay up to $60, with opportunities to showcase a strong portfolio and grow experience across modern frameworks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of frontend development or landing page production.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/Engineering/IT is a plus.
• Strong visual eye, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Experience with React, Next.js, Vue, Astro or similar.
• Knowledge of Tailwind or modern component libraries.
• Experience with form handling and basic analytics.
• Familiarity with on-page SEO, accessibility (WCAG basics), and Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with simple CMS/headless content tools (Webflow/Framer/Sanity/Contentful).
• Portfolio of shipped landing pages and/or small websites.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.

Responsibilities

• Build landing pages, waitlist pages, and promo pages with conversion-focused layouts.
• Create small multi-page websites (Home, About, Services, Contact) per client briefs.
• Integrate forms, email capture, basic analytics, and basic CMS/headless sources.
• Apply on-page SEO basics for ranking and ads readiness.
• Evaluate AI-generated frontend output and refine markup, styling, and copy.
