Mindrift seeks a Brand Designer to join the Tendem project and build strong visual identities for real-world brands. This freelance, part-time remote role emphasizes brand asset creation, visual identity, and maintaining brand consistency across platforms.

You will act as the brand architect, modernizing aesthetics and ensuring cohesion across digital and print touchpoints using industry-standard tools. Remote, project-based work with a focus on long-term brand equity.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes.
• Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements.
• Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits.
• Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards.
• Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums.
