Job summary

Mindrift is seeking skilled mobile app developers to join the Tendem project and build native and cross‑platform mobile applications for iOS and Android. You will work in a hybrid AI + human environment to ensure stability, performance, and production readiness.

This freelance, part‑time remote role requires hands‑on experience shipping iOS and Android apps, strong API experience, and a portfolio with App Store/Google Play links. English proficiency at B2+ is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of mobile app development experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field is a plus.
• Portfolio of shipped mobile apps with App Store and Google Play links is required.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above.

Responsibilities

• Build mobile applications using React Native, Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Implement responsive UIs following iOS/HIG and Material Design guidelines.
• Connect apps to backend APIs, handle offline state, caching and sync.
• Implement monetization features (in-app purchases, ads, subscriptions) where applicable.
• Review and refactor AI-generated mobile code for performance and quality.
• Prepare builds for distribution (TestFlight, Play Console).
