Job summary

Mindrift is seeking a highly skilled Presentation Designer to join the Tendem project and drive storytelling workflows within our hybrid AI + human system.

As a freelance, part-time remote role, you will create high-end pitch decks and data visuals, translating complex narratives into elegant, persuasive slides with meticulous formatting and brand consistency. You’ll work with PowerPoint, Keynote, and Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic decks.
• Design tools: Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma for custom graphics.
• Data & information design: translate complex data into clear visual storytelling.
• English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above; portfolio link required.

Responsibilities

• Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.
• Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with minimalism and strong hierarchy.
• Elevate presentations with custom fonts, tasteful animations, and consistent branding.
• Enforce a polished, premium corporate-meets-creative style across deliverables.
• Validate visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.
