Job summary

Boutiqaat is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to drive efficiency and accuracy across warehouse and fulfillment operations. You will lead improvement initiatives, standardize processes, and work with cross-functional teams to implement smarter, more efficient ways of working.

The role requires 5-7 years in process improvement, strong data analysis, and collaboration with operations and IT to enhance WMS and ERP systems. Fluency in English is essential, Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 5-7 years of relevant experience in process improvement or operational excellence; strong knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies; advanced Excel skills; working knowledge of ERP and WMS; familiarity with BI tools; fluency in English (Arabic a plus).

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across inbound, inventory, picking, packing, outbound, and returns operations.
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, capacity constraints, and opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct process mapping, root-cause analysis, and operational assessments to develop practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, process maps, and operational standards.
• Analyze productivity, throughput, accuracy, quality, workforce efficiency, and capacity utilization.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of improvements and measure impact.
• Collaborate with tech and operations on WMS enhancements, automation, and system improvements.
• Lead projects, coordinate stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• Support adoption of improved processes through documentation and communication.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational accountability.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field
