Job summary

Logicom Distribution is seeking a Cisco Presales Engineer in Kuwait to promote Cisco solutions to Business Partners, run events and workshops, and deliver trainings and product demonstrations to drive revenue and market share. You will support partners with sizing, architecture, and RFP preparation.

The role requires a university degree in computer engineering or CS, 3-5 years of presales or IT consulting, and CCNA/CCDA certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of presales or IT consulting experience, preferably multinational.
• CCNA/CCDA certifications are required; CCNP is a plus.
• Experience with customers, sales personnel and/or customer services.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Promote Cisco solutions to Business Partners and drive revenue.
• Prepare events, workshops, and deliver trainings and demos.
• Advise customers on technical matters and configurations.
• Create sales pitches and product demonstrations.
• Assist partners with sizing, architecture, and RFPs.
• Visit End Users jointly with Cisco teams and partners.
• Coordinate partner training and enablement sessions.
• Collaborate with Cisco teams to tailor prospect presentations.
• Demonstrate products addressing business problems.
• Prepare quotations and proposals.
• Organize internal trainings to update AMs and BDMs.
