Job summary

Gamestore Kuwait is seeking a versatile Systems Administrator to manage our IT infrastructure, support staff, and oversee our Odoo ERP environment. This full-time, on-site role requires hands-on experience with Windows and Linux, network services, and ERP configurations.

Qualifications

3+ years in System Administration or IT Support.
Deep knowledge of Windows and Linux OS, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with Odoo configuration, troubleshooting, or implementation.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Employee Support: Provide technical support for all staff (software, OS, and hardware).
Infrastructure Management: Install, configure, and maintain PCs, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
Networking: Manage office connectivity, including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and Wi-Fi access points.
ERP Administration (Odoo): Manage Odoo users, permissions, and basic configurations; troubleshoot module issues with developers if needed.
Security & Maintenance: Ensure regular backups, system updates, and cybersecurity protocols across the network.
Documentation: Maintain logs of hardware inventory and network configurations.
