Job summary

CANAR Holding in Kuwait is seeking a Systems & Network Administrator to manage and secure a hybrid IT environment. The role covers cloud, virtualization, backup, security, and AI-automation opportunities to improve operations.

You will design, configure, and maintain network and IT infrastructure, manage Azure AD, Exchange Online, DNS, and firewall controls; oversee VMware/Hyper-V, storage, and DR solutions; and collaborate across teams to ensure reliable IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Systems/Network Administration or similar IT role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange Online/Microsoft 365, DNS.
• Knowledge of routing, switching, VLANs, and network monitoring.
• Experience with firewalls, network security, and backup/storage solutions.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and disaster recovery.
• Ability to leverage AI and automation to optimize IT operations.
