Job Responsibilities

System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation.
Performs routine maintenance tasks.
Identify and resolve system issues promptly.
Ensure OS security software is kept up to date.
Ensure OS patches are applied and up to date.
User Support: Provide support to end-users for system-related issues.
Interact with users to determine new requirements.
Design and implement new requirements.
Assist in training users on the operation of the systems.
Documentation and Reporting: Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future use.
Develop user manuals, how-to guides and training materials for the systems.
Update documentation regularly to reflect system changes and updates.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Job-Specific Skills

Basic knowledge of networks.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
Familiarity with general OS systems and Office software.
Ability to troubleshoot software issues.
Ability to write and execute SQL queries.
Understanding of relational databases. (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle, MySQl)
Basic experience with an object-orientated programming language (e.g. C#, Python)
