IT Support Specialist (Female)

Job Summary

• Nationality: Arab.
• Location: Currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency.
• A valid Kuwait driving license is an advantage.

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, Routers, Switches).
• Experience with hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment.
• Knowledge of user account management (Active Directory and Microsoft 365 is a plus).
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection.
