Job summary

Dheya in Kuwait is seeking a highly organized F&B Coordinator to support multi-brand operations. You will coordinate daily activities across restaurant operations, culinary, procurement, marketing, HR, finance, QA, IT, maintenance, and logistics, delivering efficient admin support.

The role requires strong follow-up, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on operational trackers, MOMs, and reports.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in F&B, hospitality, restaurant operations, administration, coordination, or a similar role.
• Experience in a multi-brand or multi-unit F&B environment is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and follow up on daily actions across multiple F&B brands and departments.
• Prepare and maintain operational trackers, action plans, project lists, KPI reports, sales summaries, and management reports.
• Track pending actions, deadlines, approvals, and responsibilities, ensuring timely completion.
• Prepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meetings (MOMs), circulate action points, and follow up until closure.
• Draft professional emails, reports, presentations, memos, and other business correspondence.
• Support coordination of menu changes, product launches, promotions, tastings, photoshoots, training materials, pricing updates, and system/platform updates.
• Maintain organized and accurate records, reports, approvals, SOPs, templates, and other F&B documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of F&B initiatives.
• Monitor deadlines, identify delays or potential risks, and escalate issues to the F&B Director when required.
• Support multiple brands simultaneously while maintaining clear visibility of priorities and deliverables.
• Ensure information and reports are accurate, up to date, and submitted within agreed timelines.
