Responsibilities include scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring deliverables meet specifications and deadlines while maintaining documentation and cost awareness. Kuwait-based candidates are preferred.

• Coordinate with Account Managers and the Operations team.
• Track materials, production status, deliveries, and outstanding actions.
• Identify production issues early and coordinate solutions.
• Maintain accurate production and project documentation.
• Support costing, quotations, purchase orders, and production follow-up when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production coordination, POSM, retail marketing, advertising production, exhibitions, fabrication, or a related field.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office / Excel.
• Experience working with suppliers and production facilities is highly preferred.
• Kuwait-based candidates are preferred.
