Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 years supervisory experience in maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps and other Oil & Gas equipment.
• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 years supervisory experience in maintenance of gas turbines, gas compressors, pumps and other Oil & Gas equipment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance practices.
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in Oil & Gas or similar industrial facilities.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and safe maintenance practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage requisitions for maintenance materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment.
• Monitor HSE requirements and ensure compliance during preventive maintenance activities.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance personnel.
• Maintain equipment history, maintenance records, and performance trends.
• Prepare daily and monthly maintenance reports and timesheets.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient execution.
• Monitor equipment condition and support troubleshooting and maintenance planning.
