Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing research agencies or external consultants is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage market research plans aligned with business strategy.
• Conduct market sizing, segmentation, customer behavior, demand, and industry analysis.
• Develop market intelligence dashboards and regular insight reports.
• Translate competitive insights into practical recommendations.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
