Job summary

Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, is building a data-driven backbone for decision making across orders, users, supply, subsidies, and regions. You will establish KPI dashboards, deliver weekly to yearly analyses, and translate insights into actionable strategies in collaboration with operations, product, and finance teams.

With 3-5 years in business analysis or data operations, you will drive ROI-focused studies, model data, and tell compelling stories to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, data operations, or internet/food delivery/O2O industries.
• Strong data sensitivity and structured thinking to extract core issues from data.
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python, R, or Power BI is preferred.
• Data modeling and visualization skills to translate data into insights.
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and ability to drive implementation.
• Strong presentation and data storytelling ability to present results to management.
• Ability to independently manage and deliver cross-departmental projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish a business data monitoring and operational analysis system with KPIs across orders, users, supply, subsidies, and regions.
• Deliver regular performance reports and pinpoint operational pain points and growth opportunities.
• Conduct analyses on user segmentation, subsidy efficiency, campaign ROI, and channel contribution.
• Follow up on decisions to close the loop from analysis to implementation and review.
• Support goal decomposition and implement daily performance monitoring with root-cause analysis.
• Translate data conclusions into business language and collaborate with ops, product, supply chain, and finance.
• Monitor industry trends to provide forward-looking judgments for business direction.
