Job summary

Boutiqaat is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to lead and implement OD frameworks across the Head Office and operations, ensuring consistency, clarity, and effectiveness in how the organization is structured, managed, and developed.

Drive the implementation of approved Organizational Development frameworks across regions, from organizational structures and job architecture to performance cycles and talent frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• HR certifications preferred (PHRi/SPHRi/GPHR/CIPD).
• 4+ years hands-on Organizational Development experience.
• Experience in large multi-country organizations.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute OD initiatives across regions.
• Design and maintain job architecture and career frameworks.
• Review and update HR policies and employee handbook.
• Conduct organizational structure reviews and change impact analyses.
• Develop OD dashboards and analytics for leadership.
• Govern governance in regional environments.
