Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group in Kuwait is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead safe, reliable upkeep of facility equipment at the On Sync Energy Management Services operation. You will develop, implement, and monitor maintenance strategies to maximize asset reliability and minimize downtime.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical, Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering, with 15+ years in oil & gas maintenance and at least 10 years in a supervisory role, plus strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in maintenance of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and control systems within the Oil & Gas or industrial sector.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial maintenance position.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, asset reliability, and maintenance planning.
• Experience maintaining static and rotating equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation/control systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the safe and efficient daily maintenance operations of facility equipment.
• Develop, implement, and monitor maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Plan, track, and oversee preventive maintenance programs for static and rotating equipment.
• Review, plan, and manage maintenance schedules, activities, and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime and optimize asset performance.
• Monitor equipment condition and recommend maintenance improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance management and operational performance.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related engineering discipline

5. Experience maintaining static equipment, rotating equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation/control systems.
6. Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and maintenance reporting.
7. Knowledge of HSE standards and best practices for industrial maintenance operations.
8. Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and team management skills.
