Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group is seeking a Site Manager for On Sync Energy Management Services Company in Kuwait City. You will oversee daily site production, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure safe, compliant operations across the facility.

The role requires a petroleum/mechanical/chemical engineering background with 15+ years in O&G facilities operations, including 10+ years in management. English fluency is essential for professional communication and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of Oil & Gas facilities operations experience, including 10+ years in management roles.
• Strong knowledge of oil & gas processing operations, including gas treatment, compression, reinjection, condensate recovery, and water treatment.
• Proficient in H2S management, hazardous exposure limits, and emergency response.
• Familiarity with DCS/SCADA control systems.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Fluent English for professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site production and operations to ensure safe, stable, and efficient facility performance.
• Coordinate Operations, Maintenance, HSE, Materials, and Planning activities and resources.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities and support Shutdown/Turnaround execution.
• Monitor production performance, equipment condition, work progress, and operational priorities.
• Lead daily/weekly operations and maintenance planning and track critical activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE, PTW, JSA/JHA, Risk Assessment, and Toolbox Talk requirements.
• Coordinate response to equipment failures, production interruptions, incidents, and other site emergencies.
• Provide regular progress updates and operational reports to project management.
