Job summary

Anton Oilfield Services Group in Kuwait seeks an experienced Operation Manager to oversee daily production operations and ensure safe, efficient facility performance. You will lead production teams, coordinate with maintenance and HSE, and drive continuous improvement to optimize output.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in oil and gas production or facility operations, including at least 10 years in management.
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas processing systems and production operations.
• Experience with natural gas processing, compression, condensate recovery, or water treatment.
• Knowledge of H2S safety management, hazard identification, and emergency response.
• Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, or other industrial control systems.
• Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Monitor, analyze, and report production performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Respond to operational issues and emergency situations to minimize downtime and maintain production continuity.
• Coordinate closely with maintenance, operations, HSE, and other departments to support efficient plant operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.

4. Experience with natural gas processing, compression systems, condensate recovery, water treatment, or similar process facilities.
5. Knowledge of H₂S safety management, hazard identification, and emergency response procedures.
6. Familiarity with DCS, SCADA, or other industrial control and automation systems.
7. Strong leadership, team management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
8. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
9. Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
