Qualifications

• Previous luxury hotel or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
• Assist guests with luggage handling to rooms, vehicles, and storage areas.
• escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities, features, and amenities.
