Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests on arrival, issue keys, and process departures.
• Assist guests throughout their stay while maintaining privacy and records.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the Opera system and CID reports.
• Keep the Guest Services desk fully operational and prepared.
