Job summary

Four Seasons Kuwait City is seeking a guest-focused reservations and guest services professional to join our luxury hotel team. You will answer inquiries, manage reservations, and coordinate VIP requests with precision and courtesy.

Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, with at least two years in a similar luxury five-star setting. The role offers full-board accommodation, employee meals, and access to FS benefits in a remarkable city-center locale.

Qualifications

• Requires excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Minimum of two years' experience in a luxury five-star hotel or similar environment.
• Ability to manage VIP guests and high-expectation service.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries in a professional, friendly manner and route calls to extensions.
• Capture and coordinate room and restaurant reservations and related requests.
• Run daily reports for multiple departments and manage email inquiries.
• Assist guests with visa applications, meet-and-greet, and airport transfers where applicable.
• Provide guests with clear information on room types, rates, availability, packages, and services.
• Ensure guest details and booking information are accurate and maintained.
