Job summary

Keeta is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure accurate inventory, timely order fulfillment, and strong team performance.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics, e-commerce, retail, FMCG or 3PL, plus solid WMS and Excel skills and proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

This on-site position in Kuwait City requires excellent English communication and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, grocery, FMCG, or 3PL is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational and productivity targets.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock control procedures.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and other cross-functional teams.
• Analyze warehouse performance and implement continuous process improvements.
• Ensure efficient space utilization and warehouse organization.
• Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Train, coach, and evaluate warehouse team members.
