Job summary

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Remediation to join our team in Ahmadi, Kuwait, supporting the Kuwait Environmental Remediation Program (KERP). You will lead large-scale environmental restoration initiatives and manage complex engineering operations on site, delivering safe, on-time outcomes.

You will act as the primary client interface, supervise multi-disciplinary teams, and drive delivery with a strong focus on HSE, schedule adherence and budget discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• Total experience: minimum 15 years in relevant industries.
• At least 5 years in oil & gas / refinery / petrochemical sectors.
• At least 5 years in a project management role.
• Proven delivery of contaminated-land or soil remediation projects.
• Experience with remediation technologies and full lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management, coordination and oversight of soil remediation projects.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, contractor performance and outcomes.
• Develop and implement delivery strategies for remediation areas and work packages.
• Oversee site characterization, excavation, handling, transport, treatment, containment, validation and close-out.
• Coordinate with specialist contractors and technical service providers on behalf of the Client.
• Ensure work is safe, on schedule, within budget and compliant with environmental requirements.
• Provide accurate reporting on status, quantities, performance, costs, risks and forecasts.
