Job summary

Worley Kuwait is seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to join our oil & gas projects. You will manage planning, cost estimation, scheduling, and change control across multi-project environments, while ensuring PMP conformance and timely reporting.

You will mentor project controls staff, interact with clients, and drive improvements in cost and schedule performance, within a dynamic, multi-national team in Kuwait.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in PMC projects within Oil & Gas or related industries.
• Experience with project controls tools, data systems and standard office software.
• Strong communication and people skills across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Provide full project controls: planning/scheduling, estimation, cost control for assigned projects.
• Prepare and issue Monthly Project Progress Reports with analysis of status.
• Generate reports required under the contract and ensure PMP compliance.
• Lead time management of man-hours, cost, scope, and schedule.
• Identify risks and recommend corrective actions; recruit project controls staff.
• Implement suitable systems, processes, tools, and procedures.
