Job summary

Eaton is hiring in Kuwait for a Life Safety / Emergency Lighting Sales role. You will drive sales plans, engage with consultants, contractors and end users, and coordinate with Eaton divisions to maximize market share.

The position requires a strong technical background in electrical systems and proven direct selling skills in Kuwait, with responsibilities across planning, quotes, and project execution.

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineering Degree, ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
• 7 years experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems.
• Candidate must have strong direct selling skills in Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales plans for Life Safety / Emergency Lighting Systems for Kuwait.
• Develop and execute sales & marketing plans to grow profits and expand products/services.
• Provide timely project quotes and accurate monthly/weekly sales analyses.
• Offer technical backup to secure design approvals and commissioning support.
• Manage project design/implementation for profitability and smooth handover.
• Coordinate with Local Authorities for certifications and approvals.
• Maintain relations with Consultants, Contractors and End users.
• Advise management on product requirements to capture market share and growth.
• Undertake Distributor management to ensure client satisfaction and serviceability.
• Coordinate cross-selling with other Eaton divisions in Kuwait.
