Job summary

Eaton in Kuwait is seeking a results-driven Sales & Marketing professional in Life Safety / Emergency Lighting Systems. You will develop plans, manage key accounts, and drive growth within the Kuwait market.

The role requires a engineering degree and a minimum of 7 years in electrical systems sales, with proven direct selling skills in Kuwait and strong presentation and communication abilities. You will coordinate with authorities, consultants and end users to win projects and deliver profitable

Qualifications

• Graduate Engineering Degree, ideally Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial.
• 7 years experience in Sales and Marketing of Electrical Systems.
• Candidate must have good direct selling skills in State of Kuwait.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales plans for Life Safety / Emergency Lighting Systems for the State of Kuwait.
• Develop and execute sales & marketing plans and programs to ensure profit growth and expansion of products/services; introduce new product lines and grow in current markets.
• Develop annual and long-term action plans to meet growth targets in assigned territories.
• Ensure timely, accurate quotations of project quotes in assigned areas.
• Prepare accurate sales analyses monthly/weekly for management on results and forecasts.
• Provide technical backup to secure design approvals and commissioning support for ongoing projects.
• Effectively manage project design and implementation for profitability and smooth execution.
• Liaise with Local Authorities for certifications and local approvals for Eaton products.
• Maintain effective relations with consultants, contractors, and end users to secure market position.
• Provide guidance on product requirements to maximize market share and sustainable growth.
• Undertake distributor management to ensure customer satisfaction and serviceability of safety equipment.
• Coordinate across Eaton divisions to support cross-selling in the territory.
