Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related field.
• Hands-on setup of Windows, macOS, and Android devices.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Self-driven with ownership of tasks end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure Windows OS and business apps for staff.
• Support Apple and Android devices; perform troubleshooting.
• Prepare laptops, accounts, and access for new joiners; onboard/offboard.
