Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Systems/Network Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange Online/M365, DNS.
• Experience with routing, switching, VLANs; firewalls and network security.
• VMware/Hyper-V; Backup & Storage Solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Interest in AI technologies and automation in IT operations.
• Professional IT certifications are a plus.
• Valid Kuwait Driving License is an advantage.
