Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for end-user devices and standard applications
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Handle IT incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
Monitor daily IT operations and ensure service availability
Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network issues
Monitor and manage basic server operations as assigned
Monitor backup processes and report any failures
Maintain IT assets inventory and device lifecycle tracking
Prepare and configure devices for new users (onboarding)
Ensure endpoint security policies and updates are applied
Maintain documentation and prepare periodic IT reports
Coordinate with vendors and assist in IT-related tasks and projects
