The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, 2–5 years of relevant experience, and good knowledge of Windows systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, monitoring IT operations, and maintaining documentation. Proficiency in English is essential, and fluency in Hindi is a plus, especially for candidates with experience in a GCC environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
