Job summary

Confidential seeks a seasoned Head of IT to steer day-to-day IT operations, oversee the Group's digital transformation, and govern branch IT. You will align data governance, cybersecurity, and BCM with business goals while guiding ERP and CRM implementations across multiple locations.

The role requires 10–12 years in IT with at least 5 years in senior leadership, plus strong vendor, budget, and stakeholder management skills. A Master’s degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field required.
• Master's degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP/CISM, COBIT/TOGAF, CBCP are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations, systems, and infrastructure while leading digital transformation and IT governance.
• Manage ERP system enhancements and CRM initiatives across branches.
• Oversee helpdesk, hardware onboarding, and sizing of back-end infrastructure and hosting.
• Ensure critical data governance, cybersecurity framework, and business continuity alignment.
