Job summary

Alghanim Industries is seeking an IT Lead - PMO to oversee major software projects within the Digital portfolio. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and excellent communication to drive delivery across business and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software development, hands-on project management experience, and familiarity with ERP systems and Agile delivery methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
• Strong background in software development and large-scale systems.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex, product-oriented tech projects.
• Experience managing multi-team projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with MS Project, Jira, Asana or similar tools.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
• Knowledge of Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to estimate work and drive delivery on time.

Responsibilities

• Manage large technical projects, define plans, set priorities, and report progress.
• Coordinate across the software development and deployment life cycle.
• Drive projects from initiation to successful completion as an owner.
• Provide direction, motivate teams, and give constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams across the company.
• Work with product management to ensure on-time delivery of large-scale projects.
