We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Hawalli. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Create and update menus in line with current food trends and customer preferences
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth operation during meal service
• Train new employees on food preparation techniques, safety procedures, and kitchen protocols
• Maintain inventory levels of food supplies and equipment to minimize waste and control costs
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipe specifications and presented attractively
• Monitor food quality and taste to ensure consistency throughout all meals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine with the ability to create innovative dishes while maintaining traditional flavors
• Ability to lead a team effectively, delegate tasks, and maintain composure during busy periods
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
