Jobleader Hawalli seeks an experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Hawalli. You will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, maintaining high food quality, and managing kitchen operations.

The role requires leadership to train kitchen staff, adapt to changing menus, and work flexible hours including weekends. Salary is 1700 USD per month, negotiable based on experience; only Indian nationals currently residing in Hawalli are considered.

• Monitor food supplies and ingredients, ordering when necessary
• Train and supervise kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Create new menu items and specials based on seasonal ingredients or customer preferences
• Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining high-quality standards
• Follow proper sanitation procedures at all times to ensure the safety of guests and staff

Requirements:

• Must have at least 3 years of experience as an Indian chef in a restaurant setting
