The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in a fine dining executive role, deep knowledge of Indian cuisine, strong leadership, and fluency in English (Arabic a plus); Middle East experience preferred. Salary 1,100 USD monthly with accommodation, visa, and tickets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment.
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and culinary techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Experience working in the Middle East is preferred.
• Indian nationality preferred but open to other nationalities with experience in Indian cuisine.
