Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 8–12 years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing/logistics/FMCG.
• Proven experience managing large blue-collar and multinational workforces.
• Strong knowledge of Kuwait labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience in employee relations, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Able to influence senior leaders with sound business acumen.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR systems and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to align people strategies.
• Provide HR coaching on organizational design, workforce planning, and engagement.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and performance issues across facilities.
• Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Lead engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Kuwait labor law and company policies.
