Job summary

Kimpton in Kuwait seeks an experienced HR leader to guide the hotel’s people strategy, partnering with the GM and department heads. You will manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning, while ensuring fair colleague relations and robust development.

Responsibilities include payroll processes, compliance with Kuwait Labour Law, reporting on HR metrics and driving engagement initiatives to strengthen culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in HR, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3 years HR, admin, or hotel ops experience; hotel HR is a plus.
• Knowledge of Kuwait Labour Law preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead hotel's HR function in partnership with the General Manager and department heads.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning.
• Oversee colleague relations and performance development.
• Drive colleague engagement, recognition and wellbeing programs.
• Lead HR team and ensure compliant HR service for all colleagues.
• Oversee payroll-related processes and labour compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and people metrics for management decisions.
