Kimpton Kuwait is seeking a guest-focused hospitality professional to join our team. You will assist with the preparation of functions and service, attend daily meetings, and help ensure adherence to hotel and department standards while contributing to a welcoming guest experience.

Candidates should have at least two years in hotel and restaurant operations, be presentable, fluent in English, and able to work as part of a team.

Qualificações

• University degree preferred
• At least two years in Hotel & Restaurants capacity
• Excellent English, both oral and written
• Presentable and a team player

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the preparation of functions and service
• Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
• Comply with Time and Attendance Policies
• To assist the Restaurant Managers with the delivery of F&B service in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
• Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships
• Communicates with the Outlet/Restaurant Manager any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
• Cleaning of equipment
• Preparing waiter stations
• Preparing buffet service
• Preparing service equipment and materials
• Assisting with table preparation
• Interacts with guests in each of the outlets to solicit comments
• Actively participate in training and development programs and maximize opportunities for self-development
• Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with industry expectations and company standards including being attentive to Guests and fulfilling requests
