Kimpton is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to manage daily operations of staff housing for colleagues in Kuwait. You will oversee room allocations, check-ins/check-outs, and maintenance coordination with Engineering, Housekeeping and Security.

The role includes payroll support, records management and confidential HR administration. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, with experience in staff accommodation or hotel operations, strong organizational skills,

Competenze

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Experience in staff accommodation, HR administration or hotel operations.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of timekeeping, attendance and payroll processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information.
• Flexible, service-oriented with focus on colleague wellbeing.
• English written and spoken well; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily operation of colleagues' accommodation to ensure cleanliness, safety and hotel standards.
• Manage room allocations, check-ins/check-outs and occupancy records accurately.
• Coordinate maintenance with Engineering, Housekeeping, Security and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to accommodation rules and report issues to HR.
• Maintain inventories of furniture, equipment and hotel items and coordinate replacements.
• Support HR with colleague records and confidentiality.
• Assist with daily timekeeping and attendance, address discrepancies with departments.
• Support monthly payroll checks for attendance, overtime and deductions.
• Assist with routine HR administration and document preparation.
• Support colleague engagement activities and wellbeing initiatives.
• Maintain regular communication with residents and coordinate follow-up with HR or other departments.
• Assist onboarding and separation processes for new joiners and departing colleagues.
• Promote a respectful, inclusive living environment and maintain professional boundaries.
• Support other administrative and welfare activities as needed.
