Job summary

Ooredoo Kuwait seeks a senior leader to drive the learning, talent and leadership development strategy, partnering with senior executives to identify critical capabilities and build succession pipelines. You will enable internal mobility, foster a culture of continuous learning and ensure governance through data-driven insights and responsible AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in enterprise learning, skills analysis, and deployment of digital-learning ecosystems plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, business or psychology is required.
• Master's degree or postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Certifications such as CIPD/SHRM/ATD or coaching accreditation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning, talent and leadership development strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify critical capabilities and create interventions.
• Own talent review, succession and high-potential frameworks with governance.
• Oversee LMS/LXP, dashboards, and analytics to measure impact.
