stc Kuwait is actively recruiting for the role of Talent Development Senior Specialist. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of Talent Development and Learning programs to enhance employee capabilities, support new joiners and early-career talent, and ensure effective implementation of learning initiatives aligned with stc s business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and delivering talent development programs.
• Experience coordinating learning initiatives end-to-end.
• Ability to analyze feedback and measure learning outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Support assessment of training needs from feedback, surveys, and manager input.
• Develop and implement the annual training plan and maintain the training calendar.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of learning programs including leadership and future-skills.
• Research and recommend training programs, providers, and solutions.
• Coordinate training logistics: nominations, venues, materials, trainers, and communications.
• Support new-joiner induction and onboarding activities.
• Coordinate internship and early-career programs, including student onboarding.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners to ensure program delivery.
• Analyze training feedback and prepare reports on participation and outcomes.
• Maintain training records in HRIS and dashboards.
